| Nicola Strong
Nicola Strong is the Director of Strong Enterprises. She has been working in the field of consultancy and training for over 17 years specialising in remote and virtual team management.
As an implementation consultant, Nicola has worked in many parts of the world delivering projects on work flows assessment, capacity planning, communication systems and re-engineering. Clients included global organisations in the financial services, food retail, distribution, communications, business services and information technology sectors.
As well as corporate experience Nicola has worked with many organisations in the voluntary sector including the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme, the Red Cross, the National Society for Epilepsy, Royal Geographical Society, Circles Network, the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce, World Wildlife Fund and WaterAid.
Currently, Nicola divides her time between consulting and research. Research is an important part of being an effective consultant. Nicola has always enjoyed developing her skills from taking part in the Tall Ships Race, practicing judo, travelling to wild places, learning French, sculpting and most recently completed a Masters in Change Agent Skills and Strategies (CASS) at the University of Surrey.
Nicola is a mentor for the Princes Trust, member of the British Computer Society, associate of the International Stress Management Association, Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society and member of the Time to Think Collegiate.
