Online coaching

Coaching is one of many ways you can increase your personal and business effectiveness. It can be used to actively work through identified objectives such as your personal development plan, build your skills as a leader or support you in defining new decisions for your career.

Once you have chosen your coach and the type of coaching you would like, it is helpful to agree a defined number of coaching sessions which can be either face to face meetings, using the telephone or using a webcam.

Finally, there are strict codes of practice for coaches that are defined by any of the leading associations or Institutes such as the International Coach Federation (ICF). Strong Enterprises follows both the ICF Code of Ethics and the Time to Think guidelines for coaches.

Examples of what an individual can explore might include:
Increasing creativity
Decision making
Leading a team
Being a good team player
Motivation
Communication skills
Conducting appraisals
Work-life blending
Dealing with difficult colleagues
Managing stress
Assertiveness
Innovative thinking
Exercising authority
Target setting
