Creativity in the workplace

Strong Enterprises work with individuals, groups and organisations through generating new insights, knowledge and the natural creativity within. As work practices change and access to information becomes easier there are advantages for those people who can manage the vast choice of data and find ways to share knowledge.

Using experiential workshops Strong Enterprises can provide a space for new thinking that can then be directed on the task on hand.

Some examples of courses available include:

  • Running themed challenge programmes to support team development.
  • Motivation An exploration of fun and creative techniques to motivate your staff.
  • Improvisation. Working with a team of actors, attendees are invited to role play scenarios to practice or explore alternative solutions.
  • The Hero within. Working with Nick Martin on using ancient myth as a metaphor for personal or organisational development.
  • Physical endurance or games using outward bound or ropes courses.
  • Working with acclaimed sculptors, to explore creating 3D forms as part of experimenting, debating with and exercising the creative mind.
