It has been developed and adapted by Nancy Kline for over 25 years. It is step by step process that is designed to enable a manager or coach provide support for the highest quality thinking from the person or team being supported. Based on the ten behaviours, or Ten Components of the Thinking Environment®, people are invited to think for themselves with rigour, imagination, courage and grace. Here are some of the courses run by Strong Enterprises that are practical and applicable to the workplace. The Time to Think Foundation Course is a practical course of two days with a follow up day four weeks later.
